Unimus web interface not responding after login, blue bar on top flashing

Running windows 2019. When I log into Unimus the web interface is not responding after login. I only get the blue bar on top flashing on and off with progress about 95%. Cpu and memory are not being used. Not sure how to troubleshoot. Only have around 115 devices in use.
