Hi
Can you add support for the Switches Dell x1018, x1052, x1026P, DELL PowerConnect 2848. Please
Happy to add support. Can you please open a Support Ticket on our Portal, and our devs will make it happen.

Thanks!

Are there any plans to add support for industrial/OT network devices? Some examples include Hirschmann/Belden switches and Siemens SCALANCE switches. These are the 2 big ones that I've seen in use in our environment.

These are managed switches with SSH access and/or Web Based Management.

Thank you.

Calix E7 is listed as supported, however when I try to discover one:

Code: Select all

Hi. Happy to look at this. Could you please create a Support Ticket on the Portal, and attach both the debug log as well as the device output log for this failed discovery? Thanks!

I've created the request and uploaded the device log, but it wouldn't let me add a second attachment and there doesn't seem to be a way to interact with the request...

supported devices list contains:
"Alcatel OmniSwitch switches"
... seems only WindRiver-based AlcatelOS Version6 - devices are supported ... for Linux-Based Omniswitches with AlcatelOS Version8
.
INFO 506 --- [discovery-3] n.u.c.s.d.p.info.ResultManipulator : Discovery reports an unsupported device on 'aaa.bb.ccc.d'
.
what is needed to lift these devices to the supoorted-devices list ?

Hi,
We're in the middle of developing driver support for the AOS version 8 Omniswitches (69xx, 68xx, 63xx etc.). To ensure support could you provide 'show chassis' output including "Model Name" line and/or 'show system' output including "Description" line?

Hello,

I just found that post... we also got some Hirschmann/Belden Switches in our network.
Would it still be possible, to integrate those in Unimus ?

thanks
