Mikrotik Router Backup Failed - device_interaction_error

Not getting backups on several devices.
Log shows:
2019-07-31 03:02:08.059 WARN 3811 --- [backup-317] n.u.c.d.v.m.MikrotikRosBackupDriver : Output recognition timeout reached while trying to talk to 10.254.254.6!
2019-07-31 03:02:08.059 WARN 3811 --- [backup-317] n.u.c.d.v.m.MikrotikRosBackupDriver : Unable to download backup from '10.254.254.6' - 'Expect operation fails (timeout: 95000 ms) for matcher: TailingRegexp('[\[<].+?\] .*?> $', 250)'!

ssh to router shows:
MikroTik RouterOS 6.44.5 (c) 1999-2019 http://www.mikrotik.com/

[?] Gives the list of available commands
command [?] Gives help on the command and list of arguments

[Tab] Completes the command/word. If the input is ambiguous,
a second [Tab] gives possible options

/ Move up to base level
.. Move up one level
/command Use command at the base level

The invalid login is my fat fingers.

Did Mikrotik change something with a version above 6.44.3 (because I have many of those working) or is it a configuration error or something else?

Is it just backup failing - does discovery work correctly?

How long does it take for the failing routers to finish outputting "/export compact" if you run that manually through SSH?

About 2 seconds from the Unimus server to the one in the original post.

The /export compact took 2 seconds to run via ssh from the server that is getting the errors.

Can you please enable device output logging in Unimus?
(Other settings > Debug mode > Enable device output logging)

After this is enabled, run a backup on one of the failing devices.
After the backup fails, please download the device output log file.

After that, please create a ticked on our Portal, and attach the log file there.
