Unimus MCP Server

An official built-in MCP is in development right now. This will be fully built-in in Unimus, so for any Agent Harness, it will be super easy to integrate - just a "streamable-http" MCP.
We are putting quite a bit of development time into the API and MCP. We will have an initial implementation out for 2.10 - but it won't yet contain all the tools / endpoints.
We will be adding more endpoints to the API and tools to the MCP in point releases after.
