[Solved] can i add cisco switch?

I want to backup a cisco switches, can i added with unimus? i tried but, it got me error like user or pass is incorect.

Hello,

We do support Cisco switches - both IOS based and some SMB series.
Ca you please post a screenshot of the failed discovery job?

Go to "Devices" and click on the red status indicator on the left.
This will open the failed job log, please post a screenshot of that.

i cant click on red icon, nothing happend

Can you please enable both "Device output logging" AND "Debug logging" under "Zones > Your zone > Debug mode".
After this is enabled, please run a discovery and wait for it to fail.

After it fails, please create a Support Ticket on our Portal, and attach the log files.
We will investigate why this doesn't work.
