Hello,
I have a fresh out of the box Juniper EX3400 switch that is constantly failing the discovery process. According to the error log on the dashboard it is an unsupported_device.
This is the only Juniper device on our network. Unimus is able to discover the Cisco switches just fine.
[Fixed in 1.10.0] Juniper EX3400 Switch Not Discoverable
Greetings,
Could you please enable Device output logging under "Zones > Default > Debug mode"?
After this, run a discovery on this Juniper.
Please open a support ticket on our Portal, and attach the device output log file to the ticket.
Thanks!

I had this same issue on a 4200 and I ended up creating a new super-user account for Unimus instead of using the root account and that worked. I have 4 Juniper 4200 and one of the three would not discover until I did this. And yes I did verify I could login to all three with the same exact root credentials.
The particular issue in the original post has also been addressed in 1.10.0 Beta and newer.

(if you are seeing this after 1.10.0 has been released, this is already fixed in stable Unimus releases)
