We have a bunch of IgniteNet Metrolinq radios in the system and all of them backup to Unimus just fine except the 10G Omni AP. That never gets past the "discovery" stage. It never fails but never succeeds. I see "Metrolinq" as supported devices. Am I doing something wrong with this device? I have verified that SSH access is on and the credentials are correct.

Hi,

Which version of Unimus are you running?
Is there anything in the log file (/var/log/unimus/unimus.log)?

Thanks!

On Windows, the logs are in C:\ProgramData\Unimus\log\unimus.log

You need to go to "C:\ProgramData\Unimus", not "C:\Program Files\Unimus" :)

Right. I don't have that folder... I am logged in as administrator.

By default, that folder is hidden.

You can however just paste the path to the address bar (if you click it, you will change into a path, and you can paste it there and press enter).

Alternatively, you can enable showing hidden folders in the explorer.

Ugh. Was looking for the hidden folder flag. My bad.

That is rather strange... would you be willing to do a Webex session with us to further debug the issue?

If so, please PM me to work out the details.
