Hi team,

I am currently evaluating Unimus and I am trying to add multiple devices that are (NAT'd) behind the same WAN IP address. At the moment, Unimus does not allow me to add more than one device and I get the error "Cannot add device. Device already exists".

Is it possible to add devices behind the same IP address but using different ports? For example:
These devices can be managed using SSH via different TCP ports:
  • MikrotikRouter1 - 1.1.1.1:8293
    MikrotikRouter2 - 1.1.1.1:8294
    MikrotikRouter3 - 1.1.1.1:8295
Please advise. Thank you in advance :)

Hello,

In Unimus, each device is identified by a single unique IP, for multiple reasons (happy to provide those if you are interested).
Therefore, we don't support NATed devices.

You have a couple options here:
1) use a VPN so each devices is directly routable from the Unimus server
2) deploy a Core (our Remote Agent / Proxy) into the remote network to communicate with the devices directly from the Core (https://wiki.unimus.net/display/UNPUB/A ... e+overview)

Hope this helps.
