[Fixed in 1.10.2] No recognizable data received

Hi,

Trying to discover a Juniper SRX - Can login to it via ssh & root but discovery fails. (Other SRXs work fine)

log fle entry is [discovery-64] n.u.c.c.login.data.CliLoginDataAnalyzer : No recognizable data received from.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hello,

Could you please enable "Device Output Logging" and run a discovery?
After it fails, download the Device Output Log file.

Please create a ticket on the Portal and attach the log file there.

Update:
We have identified and fixed an issue with login/discovery with certain JunOS devices in 1.10.2.
Please upgrade to the latest 1.10.2 build (Beta available in the "Beta" forum section, to be released in the next 2 weeks).
