Cisco ASA 5508 Error: device_interaction_error

Hello,

We are having issues backing up Cisco ASA,

The error that we receive is device_interaction_error

Can someone assist?

Hello,

To properly debug this, we will need the Device Output Log file.

Could you please enable "Device output logging" in "Zones > Default > Debug mode"?
After that, run a discovery on this ASA.
After discovery fails, download the "Device output file" in "Zones > Default > Debug mode".

Please create a Support Ticket on the Portal, and attach the log file there.

Debug is coming out empty, what to do in that case?

The easiest would be to setup a Webex session and debug this directly.
Please open a support ticket on the Portal, and we can work out the details through there.
