Autorecovery issue with some Cisco and MikroTik UNIMUS devices

Good afternoon, Unimus teams.

I'm currently having issues with Unimus's auto-recovery. It won't refresh or auto-recover many of my devices, both Cisco and MikroTik, that I've added.

The last job status appears in red and no more backups are generated until I give each computer autorecovery again and there are many out of 65, for example, 30 appear like this: Cisco and MikroTik.

Hello,

For this issue, please open a support ticket through our Customer Portal and include the unimus.log file from the following location:
Linux: /var/log/unimus
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Unimus\log

Also, please check the job history on your dashboard to see if there are any successful or failed jobs — this will help us narrow down what might be going on.

Let us know what you find or if you need help accessing the log or dashboard.
