Unimus hasn't backed up since 6/25

Just was wondering why I hadn't gotten a config diff email from Unimus in a while and logged into our server to find that it hasn't backed up since 6/25. It is set to back all devices up hourly, but it seems to not be doing that at the moment. I was able to manually run a backup on one device. I checked the schedule and it remains unchanged from its previous setting.

Hello,

For this issue, please open a support ticket through our Customer Portal and include the unimus.log file from the following location:
Linux: /var/log/unimus
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Unimus\log

Also, please check the job history on your dashboard to see if there are any successful or failed jobs after June 25th—this will help us narrow down what might be going on.

Let us know what you find or if you need help accessing the log or dashboard.
