I have a number of Ubiquiti devices that are failing discovery. SSH is enabled and set to the port listed in the Unimus server. The error on the failed job is Authentication Known Credential Refused. This isn't an issue with the creds stored in Unimus, this is more an issue of first contact with the device.

When I connect to the device via putty, I get a security alert asking if I want to add the key to putty. I suspect that Unimus is encountering the same issue. How do you get Unimus to get past this security alert page to be able to log into the device?

Hi. Unimus uses its own SSH client (not Putty or the built-in OpenSSH client on Linux distros). Unimus automatically accepts the host key on first connection to the device, so the issue will not related to that.

If Unimus reports Credentials Refused, could you please validate if you can connect with those exact credentials to the devices from the Unimus server itself without issues? If so, please create a Support Ticket on our Portal, and we can guide you how to generate Debug Logs, based on which we can investigate further.

Thanks!
