I'm occasionally getting device configuration change notification emails when nothing has been changed. An example of the email body is below. We're not utilizing the Zone feature and everything is in the default zone.

Device configuration changed:
System: unimus

- Zone "0": 1
= switch-name IP


Any idea on how to prevent these change notification emails?

Hello

You can set backup filters by yourself to eliminate relevant notifications in Backups/Filter configuration. We can also extend native built-in Ignore backup filters in Unimus. Please open support ticket and attach content from Configuration change diff (if set in Notifications) or in Backups: select last two backups for respective device, make Diff and send Export diff to us.
Please also send Vendor, Type and Model of respective device
