Timed out waiting for any known data from device

Hi,
We have 52 devices.
In those, we have 4 ArubaOS switchJL255A 2930F-24G-PoE+-4SFP+.
For one we have this message in logs when backup : "'Timed out waiting for any known data from device (timeout: 30000 ms)'"
Discovery is OK
What can we do to solve this problem please ?

Hi, if you manually connect to this device (with an SSH client), and run "show running-config", how long does it take for the device to output its config? As the error you see ("Timed out waiting for any known data from device (timeout: 30000 ms)") suggests, the backup job failed, because during backup, Unimus didn't get any data from the device for longer than 30 seconds.
