Netonix WS3-14-600-AC is showing up in Unimus as "unsupported device" in the failed log details.
Is this model not supported for backup?

Hi, I did create a support ticket on your portal on March 15 which was 14 business days ago now and no one responded to it, that's why I posted here.
At the time, I did not have those logs. If someone could reply to the ticket I could include them.
