If I set the orphaning policy to "Unmanaged" and I delete a device from Zabbix.
After the next sync, how do I know that the device is in unmanaged state? And what is the "Last Job Status"?

Unmanaged devices are represented in italics in the Devices table. The last job status for unmanaged devices is always "none" - it's switched to a grey indicator in the Devices table.
Here is an example of how that looks like:
In the Sync Result, you should be able to see how many devices were set to Unmanaged after a sync.
