Random Failed Jobs

Good afternoon all

i am new to unimos i had set up 35 devices mainly Adtran total access 9xx devices

i do get daily random jobs that fail to back up , the next night it will fail on different random device

any ideas where to start trouble shooting this

Thank you for contacting us with you problem. To find out what is going on, we will need to check the logs.

Short guide on how to do so:
General debug logging - you can enable it by going to Zones > Your Zone (the zone where you assigned the affected device(s)) > Debug mode and enable Debug mode and Device output logging.

After both are enabled, please rerun the backing up on the failing device and download both logs after it fails (from the same Debug mode window where you enabled them).

Then create a support request on the Unimus portal and attach the logs.
