Hi,
we use Sophos UTM ver. 9.716-2, ssh with pubkey auth.
Discovery worked fine, backup failed.
We don´t find any log why it failed. We test it with loginuser and root. Failed every time.
Any idea why?

There can be many reasons. You can check the job result to get the error message on why the job failed. You can click the red job indicator on the Devices page, or check on the Dashboard > Latest failed jobs > select job > Show log.
The log file will also list a more detailed job failure reason.
If you want us to look into why the backup fails, could you please create a support request via the Unimus Portal and attach the log file?
