Migrate from linux install with HSQL to docker with PostGre

Hi all

I'm looking to move our instance from an existing Unimus package installed on Debian 11 to a docker based instance. The source uses HSQL and the intended destination will use PostGre.

Is there a documented process to follow for this move?
