Hi,
We've got a device(s) that regularly fails the scheduled backups citing Discovery Failed, Service Check SSH: UNAVAILABLE. However, when a manual Discovery and Backup is done the device is discovered and backed up without error.
Need some assistance to understand why this is happening.
