Backup (Discovery) Failed | Manual (Discovery) Backup is ok

Hi,
We've got a device(s) that regularly fails the scheduled backups citing Discovery Failed, Service Check SSH: UNAVAILABLE. However, when a manual Discovery and Backup is done the device is discovered and backed up without error.
Need some assistance to understand why this is happening.

Hi,
I tried to create a test account and it works for me, but nevermind we don't need to push it this way.
Could you please send me an email to support? Communication by mail will be much more effective and secure.
