Backup (Discovery) Failed | Manual (Discovery) Backup is ok

Hi,

We've got a device(s) that regularly fails the scheduled backups citing Discovery Failed, Service Check SSH: UNAVAILABLE. However, when a manual Discovery and Backup is done the device is discovered and backed up without error.

Need some assistance to understand why this is happening.

Hi,

I tried to create a test account and it works for me, but nevermind we don't need to push it this way. 8-) Could you please send me an email to support? Communication by mail will be much more effective and secure.
