Hello,
I have a question regarding hardware requirements of Unimus. I understand from Wiki the requirements include the database requirements running on the same host. Is this understanding correct? How do the requirements change, if the database is external, for example if you decide to use a Hyperscaler for Unimus setup and decide to use the database service which might be offered.

[Solved] Hardware requirements
Hello, the requirements are for Unimus only, NOT including the DB.
As the Wiki states:
If running a "cloud" DB (just about all IaaS services offer "managed" databases), this is often dealt with for you by the "cloud".
As the Wiki states:
So if running everything on a single host, the DB requirements should be considered for sizing separately from our (Unimus') HW requirements. If running the DB on the separate host, you size each one accordingly (so the Unimus host per our Wiki article, the DB host per the used DB engine). You have to have the required amount of RAM for the OS and other services on the system.
