[Solved] License Key still shows exceeded 2 days after renewal

We received the invoice (254037316118) with confirmation:

Hi ....
Your subscription for SMB license plan (XX devices) with Standard support for 1 year has been activated.
Please find the invoice for your purchase attached to this email.

This subscription is valid until Tuesday, August 29, 2023
and will be automatically renewed next billing term.

As of today, it is still showing as license exceeded. Can we please get this looked at?

Apologies you ran into this. We looked at it and found the issue. It should be fixed now.
