Hi there!

I'm trying to add a ExtremeNetworks VX9000 wireless controller to Unimus and i'm getting the following error:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: Unsupported device

Discovery log:
Service check:
SSH: Service available
TELNET: UNAVAILABLE

Service connection:
SSH: Connection successful

Authentication:
SSH: Login successful

Device discovery:
Basic device info: UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE

Discovery of available CLI modes:
Enable (privilege exec) mode: discovered
Config (configure) mode: discovered
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I see that "Extreme WiNG APs" is in your compatibility list and VX9000 share the same software as Wing APs.
Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

Hello,

We would like to take a look at debug logs to get a better picture what is happening there, exactly.
To do so, go to Zones > Your Zone (the zone where you assigned the affected devices) > Debug mode and enable Debug mode and Device output logging.
Rerun the failing discovery job, and after it fails, download both log files (from the same Debug mode window).

To send them to us, please create a support ticket via our Portal and attach them to it (I'd recommend packing them into an archive in beforehand).
