[Solved] Database upgrade failure

Hello,

the automatic upgrade of our installation has failed. I saw a couple other forum posts where support was able to correct this, what is the process to have someone assist us?

Sorry, could you assist us in how to do that? I thought the forum was the primary support resource. Does the support portal use the same credentials that the forum does?

The person who set up our Unimus installation isn't with our organization anymore, and I haven't been able to successfully reset his password. We have access to his company inbox, but none of the email addresses I've tried have received password reset emails

While we fixed the issue at hand, let me post a reply anyway for both the parts of your post as it may help someone else in the future.

Forum is perfectly fine to get support, but submitting support tickets via our Portal is the preferred way to get in touch with us for issues where one of the primary things we are looking at are debug logs. As for credentials, both the Portal and Forum have separate login credentials.

Also, if someone finds themselves in a similar situation with their account, unable to access their Portal account, feel free to contact us at support[at]unimus.net, we will look into it.
