Discovery failed on multiple Aruba/ProCurve switches

Hello,

We currently have 35 HP Aruba and ProCurve switches in our Unimus enviroment. Each device with their own credentials, but 5 devices keep failing to discover.

They all saying:
SSH: KNOWN_CREDENTIALS_REFUSED
TELNET: KNOWN_CREDENTIALS_REFUSED

But when i set up a ssh connection i can log in fine with the same credentials. Also i dubble checked to make sure the correct credentials are present. What could i miss?

Hello,

It is difficult to pinpoint what could be the case with these devices. We would like to check debug logs to get a better picture.

To enable debug logging, please enable Debug mode and Device output logging in Zones > Your Zone (zone where you assigned affected device(s) to) > Debug mode.

Rerun the failing backup/discovery job, and after its fails, download both log files (from the same Debug mode window). You can then create a support ticket via our Portal and attach them (there is a file limit, so optionally pack them into an archive) to it.
