[Solved] Email notification for failed backups not being sent

Our emails are being sent successfully for most things that I'm aware of (config change summaries, failed discoveries, etc) but there were some failed backup jobs on the scheduled backups and I wasn't aware of the failures because I don't believe these notifications are being sent even though they are enabled.

Where can I look to troubleshoot this?

Please check the log file - are there any errors / warnings about email sending failures?

I found in the logs that it was being sent and then found the missing emails in my junk. I am surprised to see those went to junk but the other's didn't.

Oh well. Glad I figured that out. Please feel free to mark as resolved.
