Hello Unimus,

We have been using Unimus in the past with the latest version 2.0.10 and it was working perfectly. We upgraded our main firewall to a new device, however, has the same IP, configuration, and users from the old device. Whenever I try to run a backup, we are getting a discovery failed error:

Device is not discovered.

I can confirm that the user/pass combination is still correct. Not sure why the device is not able to be discovered.

Thank you!

If you run a discovery and wait for it to fail, what is the discovery fail reason?

Please enable Debug Loging AND Device Ouput Logging (Zones > your_zone > Debug Mode), re-run Discovery, and create a Support Ticket on our Portal (and attach both the debug logs).

We we investigate further.

Thanks!
