Windows Download Link Compromised

Is it just me, or does your Windows version of Unimus really contain a compromised executable? I've tried to download the Windows Installer, and the portable, both are blocked due to "Virus Detected" notification and can't be saved.
Running:
Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 20H2
OS build 19042.746

Apologies you ran into this, Unimus does sadly get a false-positive identification from Defender every now and then.
Here are some historic false-positive detections:

We always report this to MS and the detection stops for a time, but sadly it keeps coming back.
We are in the process of implementing a more permanent solution to this (in connection with recent security issues in our industry).

As an update: we have submitted a false-positive report to MS ... again.
VirusTotal reports our installer as 100% healthy:
