Hi,
I have been having issues backing up my cisco wireless controller on Unimus for about a week now , I just upgraded to version 2.0.9 and I am still getting Interaction error. Kindly assist

Can you please enable both Debug options (Debug Logging and Device Output Logging) under "Zones > your_zone > Debug mode", and after the backup fails, download both log files.

Please create a ticket on our Portal, and attach both logs, and we will investigate.
