We have some routers that are dynamically updated to put IPs in an out of access lists depending on business rules - is there a way to ignore these changes?

I see the roadmap now has

Q4 2020 In development
Backup filters - you can ignore any part of a backup
(user-defined rules to remove or ignore parts of backup)
