Hello,

This was already fixed in the 2.0.6 release (release a couple of weeks ago).
Can you update to 2.0.6 please and let us know if everything works?

Thanks!

Hello Thomas

I have the same in the release 2.0.8
it's a sporadic issue. Without doing anything one day it will not work and the day after it will work.
Also it happens in one switch only but not in the others ones.

Code: Select all

dim., 20 déc. 2020, 01:00 PM
Error: No recognizable data received from device

Discovery log:
Service check:
  SSH: Service available

Service connection:
  SSH: Connection successful

Authentication:
  SSH: Login successful

Device discovery:
  Basic device info: DEVICE_INTERACTION_ERROR

In the switch syslog, i have a connection successful and no time out seems to happen.

Code: Select all

20-Dec-2020 12:59:37 :%AAA-I-DISCONNECT: User CLI session for user johndoe over ssh , source 10.x.x.x destination 10.x.x.x TERMINATED. The Telnet/SSH session may still be connected., aggregated (1)

Hello,

Could you please enable "Debug logging" and "Device output logging" under "Zones > Your_zone > Debug mode"?
After a job fails, please download both the log files, and create a Support Ticket on our Portal (please attach the debug files).

Thanks!
