[Solved] Upgrade licenses

Let's say we start with 100 devices and we pay 1 year upfront for 100 devices but we exceed this number in two months and we need additional 20 devices licensed after two months. How can we add these 20 devices and how much it will cost?

Hi,
Unimus uses a pro-rated upgrade system, so you can upgrade at any time, without over-paying.
In your example:
100 licenses purchased at the start of a subscription = $ 450.00
You want to upgrade to 120 (buy 20 additional) licenses 2 months into the current subscription.
The price of the upgrade will be (20 * $ 4.50) - 16,66% = $ 75.00
- 16,66% here, because you are 2 months out of 12 months into the subscription - you only pay for the remaining 10 months.
At the start of the next billing year, you will pay for the full 120 licenses - 120 * $4.50 = $ 540.00
On the Portal, you can upgrade at any time in the "Subscription > Upgrade" screen.
This will show you how much you will pay now (for the remaining licensing term) and how much you will pay at the next renew.
