The wiki could do with some information on upgrading. I use Debian/Ubuntu. If I would like to upgrade the 2.0.0, do I just follow the same procedure as I did when installing the previous?

Yes, to upgrade, simply re-run the installer.
It should take care of everything, and after the installer finishes, you should be running the latest version.
