WatchGuard INTERACTION_ERROR

Hello everbody,

I saw Unimus on Youtube and I'm very interested in.

I activated the 10 user license for testing, but I have big trouble with my WatchGuard firewalls. Mikrotik works fine.

The Web-CLI works, so the username, password, rights, ssh-port seams to be OK. I'm also able to send a PING via "Mass config push" (see attachments), but I can't write changes via "Mass config push" to the box (screenshot with INTERACTION_ERROR in the attachments).

Who can help me?

Hi.

I just checked our WatchGuard driver, and we sadly don't support the "configure" mode in the driver at the moment. Normally you could just select "Require enable mode" or "Require configure mode" in the Push setting (in the middle section), and Unimus would bring the device to the desired mode automatically before pushing your commands.

The driver needs to support this tho - but like I mentioned, our WG driver currently doesn't. Happy to add this tho. Could I please ask you to create a Support Ticket on the Portal, and we advise you on what logs we need from the device to add this.
