Are Mikrotik SwitchOS devices already supported?

If not: when will this happen and can I help (eg providing a device)?

Hi,

SwOS is not yet supported, since it doesn't have a CLI (no SSH, no Telnet).

We need to implement HTTP(S) connectors before we can add support.
This is planned for Q3 this year.

Ah ok! Now it comes together ;) Thats also why the options are greyed out in the menu.

Is there a way to be notified when support for SwOs comes around?

Best would probably be to enable notifications for new topics in the Announcements section.

Each time we release a new version, it comes with a proper announcement and change-log.
You will definatelly see a lot of lines in the changelog about it when we implement the HTTP(S) connectors :)

Hello,

Is it possible to implement Coloubris based access points of HP (MSM series standalone - without controller ) ?
I can get config out with SSH, would love to have it in unimus.

Hi,

We would be happy to implement support for these.
Would it be possible to get access to one in a lab for driver development?

Please contact me over PM to work out the details.

Thanks!

Hello,

Is it possible to add support for Dlink models DGS-1210-48 and DGS-1210-24?, I think it's similar to DGS-1510 but with less capabilities trought telnet, basically just load and save backups to a tftp destination.

Hi,

If there is no way to output the configuration to the CLI, we can't support it in Unimus.
If you can do "show running-config", or similar to get the config, we would be happy to add support.

Thanks!

Hello,

I have a powerconnect 5448. Device detects as Vendor Cisco and SMB switch for type. It is software version 2.0.0.35. It will not backup the config. Let me know if you need more info.

Hi,

We will need full debug logs, and device data capture.

Please download the latest Beta build from here:
viewtopic.php?p=1479#p1479

After Unimus is running, turn on debug logging, and turn on device communication logging.
(Zones > Default > Debug Mode)

After debugging is enabled, run a discovery on this device.
Download both log files, and send them to me over a PM please.

Thanks!
