Unattended Install

I've been trying to put a script into connectwise so I can easily update unimus-core on our remote sites.
My script works in as far as pulling down the latest version, but appears to fail when trying to run "unimus-core -u". No error that I can see. This is run from the connectwise agent so it is attempting to run it in a background process.
If I run Unimus-Core -u from the command prompt, it runs fine. But...it is not silent, I still get all the installation messages, but no prompts as it normally would.
I am thinking the fact that it is trying to display messages that this is somehow failing as it is not really running in a console type environment.
Has anyone else tried to do this?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg
