Can Uniumus deploy a virgin router that is remote I am interested in having an installer plug in a router in some remote location, and configure it from central software. If so can you overview the process?

Unimus is not a provisioning system, so sadly no.
What you are likely looking for is ZTP (zero touch provisioning) for MikroTik, which Unimus doesn't do.

Unimus can fully manage and automate configurations of RouterOS - but only once the router has connectivity with Unimus.
(which a Default Config MikroTik will likely not)

You could achieve this via scripts. It wouldn't manage it per say, but a router out of the box could be setup from scratch.
