[Solved] Unable to login to Unimus portal
Unable to login to the Unimus portal - we have lost access to the TOTP device. It was originally setup by one of our staff but he has now left and we do not have access to his device. Also, we have lost the Backup Codes as these were never shared with our team when the account was setup. Can someone from Unimus please contact me to sort this out? I have copy of an invoice from 2021 which may help with identifying the account.
