Hi,
I notice in the latest change log that Avaya ERS has been added as a supported device.
However, I have just added 2 devices to test this and Discovery fails.
The log shows "Unsupported device"

Any ideas?

OK, I fixed it.
We have the "Press Ctrl+Y" banner turned off on our switches.
I had to re-enable this for it to recognise the switch.

Can this be altered? we turn the banner off on our installs, why does Unimus need this?

Hello,

Unimus does indeed support "Press Ctrl+Y" during login - but it should not be needed.
(Unimus should successfully discover ERS even with this turned off)

Could you please create a ticket on our Portal - we will be glad to investigate and fix this.
The devs will provide further instructions on what we need in the ticket response.

Thanks!

We were able to replicate the issue in our lab and fix it.

Fix available as a part of the 2.0.10 release.

Hi,
It seems i'm getting the opposite.

When Ctrl+Y login banner is enabled, the discovery fails.
After disabling it it does discover and back-up fine.

This is for Avaya 3524GT, 4926GTS, 4850GTS-PWR+

regards,
Stijn
