Unimus 2.6.3 is being released today! This is a device support and bugfix release, and the last release in the 2.6 code branch. The Unimus team is currently working on the 2.7 release, but we had a bunch of new drivers ready from our Core team, so we bundled them and are releasing them as 2.6.3 instead of making you wait for 2.7.
Release highlights:
- Support for 20+ new device types
- Upgraded to a newer embedded Java LTS on Windows
- 7 minor improvements
- 8 bug fixes

Added support for more password prompt formats during SSH keyboard-interactive auth
Added partial support for Configuration Sessions on Arista EOS
When using Custom Backup Flows on locked ComWare / HP devices (1910, 1920, etc.), they will now automatically be unlocked
Improved handling for backup of multi-context Cisco ASAs
Improved Fiberstore (FS.com) S3200 series driver with support for more models within the series
Improved built-in dynamic filters for FortiOS devices
Updated the built-in Java distribution deployed on Windows by the Installer to Java 17 LTS:
- this fixes a rare memory exhaustion issue with Java 11 LTS on Windows
- newer Java major version also brings performance improvements on Windows deployments
Added the option to specify which SSH auth methods can be used:
- default configuration is unchanged, Unimus has supported for many years:
- SSH keys, password and keyboard-interactive
- you can now however disable specific methods if you so choose
