Hello,

we have a Problem with our Aruba 2930M Series, we want to change the spanning-tree config-name.
But we get an Prompt an it is not working.

spanning-tree config-name .....
spanning-tree config-revision ...
write mem
exit

We have also tried a y$(wait-reply no) but then we get an error command not supported by device

OK the spanningtree change is working as expected with the command but the firmware upgrade is not complet

copy tftp flash x.x.x.x WC_16_11_0020.swi primary
y$(wait-echo no)
boot system flash primary
y$(wait-reply no)

It connects to the tftp and begin the transfer and then i got the folloing error interaction_error

Hello,

Interaction error means that Unimus was waiting for expected data from the device, but it was not received in time.

It seems that the copy operation takes longer than 20 seconds, which is the default timeout. Could you please try increasing the timeout value under Preset → Advanced settings → Timeout?
