[Implemented] Mass config push device selection

Please add Mass config push device selection by some grouping i.e. tags, groups, name regexps
We are planning to add the ability to do a Push on a per-Tag bases in the future.
(so instead of selecting devices directly, you would just select a Tag)
We are currently working hard on 2.0 - biggest feature of which is the remote proxy / remote agent support.
This is quite a big feature / code-change, and influences many parts of Unimus, so it is taking some time.
Improvements to Mass Config Push and importers will follow as soon as development of that is done.
