[Implemented] System name in emails

Please add the server hostname to the email subject for both job reports and configuration changes. I manage systems for multiple clients and it would be nice to know which one an email is for from the header.
I really like the IP address in the configuration change email. Don't change that, just add the hostname.

I have created 2 tickets which should cover this:
https://tracker.unimus.net/browse/UN-375
https://tracker.unimus.net/browse/UN-376

Currently system FQDN is for example not displayed in config change summary of diff notifications at all.
But it is displayed inside email body in job notification emails.
We need to unify this and make sure it's properly shown everywhere.

For system FQDN in email title - we will make this configurable, since for people that only operate 1 instance of Unimus, system FQDN might not be needed in notifications at all.
(or they might want it in notifications, but not in title - since it can make the title long when the FQDN is long)
