[Implemented] Ubiquiti EP-S16 support

FYI, I just noticed that Unimus 1.4.1 reports the Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch EP-S16 as being Quanta instead of Ubiquiti.

We actually don't have support for UBNT EdgePoint at all at the moment - that's why Unimus miss-identifies it.
Would it be possible to get SSH access to one to implement proper support?

Thanks to srh, we added UBNT EdgePoint driver to Unimus.
It will be available starting with 1.5.0.
