Question about multi-tenant support in Unimus

Hello,

I would like to know if you have been considering the possibility of reorganizing the Unimus web interface to allow for complete compartmentalization, enabling the creation of tenants for different clients.

The goal would be to provide them with access to the console so they could independently consult or provision their devices. Currently, this isn’t possible within a shared Unimus instance, as there are missing isolation layers regarding credentials, schedules, notifications, mass push, and so on.

At the moment, we use Unimus to perform backups for multiple clients, but only we have direct access. Adding such functionality could be a very valuable enhancement. We are fully aware that this would represent a major development effort ;).

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Best regards,
Michael

Michael,

We are currently working on some greater multi-tenant controls, though they do require some pretty significant re-structuring of our authentication/permissions systems. So they will be a while in deployment.

If you would like, we can dive more into your specific use case if you email our sales guys and they will get you in contact with the Pre-Sales guys, we have worked with several MSPs to deploy multi-tenant systems before. (We also have a pretty slick MSP program and branding package that is great when you are giving your customers access to the system.)
