[Implemented] Notification on config change

Set per-device a notification per configuration change. Many devices should change only very rarely and if they do change, you should be notified.

I would also like to second this suggestion.. alert with diff or with a link to the diff between backups would be hugely useful.

Implemented!
Config change notifications were added in 1.8.0.
Since 1.8.2, Unimus will send a graphical diff over email with config changes as well.
