[Implemented] Notes fields for Devices and Backups

Would nice to have a notes section for devices, to be able to add info.
Same for backups, so you could run backup manually and note as pre-testing for xxxx.
and you could snapshot along the way while testing to see the changes that are made.

We have a ticket for notes/comments for backups, but it was low priority:

I have pushed the priority up a bit.
As for device comments:
Do you think it is worth adding additional comments on top of the current address/description pair?
Should maybe the current description functionality be extended, or would it be better to add the comment functionality in addition to it?

Expanding the current note, with the first line used for the columns I think would suffice

We have implemented the comments/notes feature, it will be available in 1.3.0.
